CONSULTANCY : Review + Feedback
Every building project is a prototype in some respect, from which clients, designers and contractors can learn a great deal to the benefit of future projects. By conducting impartial reviews of completed projects we enable clients to:

  • identify pertinent issues relating to the construction process, performance of contractors and the quality of products, materials and work
  • learn from experience - what worked well, for example, and what can be improved upon in the next project
  • disseminate the results via workshops and reports to design and project management teams, for feeding into future new building projects.
We are currently assisting British Land in reviewing elements of their recent office developments to improve their briefing for new projects.

Other clients who have commissioned such studies include Sport England, and Edward Holdings at their Scotch Hall Shopping Centre, Eire.
