This scheme proposed the remodelling of the unattractive 1960’s office building adjoining the Grosvenor Shopping Centre, to create five new A3 restaurants, and a focal entry point to the retail space behind.
After lengthy negotiations with Cheshire West and Chester Council, planning consent was received. In 2016 however, the downturn in the A3 market resulted in the scheme being withdrawn.
We have recently been successful in gaining a new consent for conversion of the building into a Premier Inn.
