22 Bishopsgate, British Land for PLP Architecture
Designed by PLP Architecture for AXA Real Estate and Lipton Rogers Developments, HFM provided specification support for PLP Architecture's 62 storey tower commissioned by AXA Real Estate in association with Lipton Rogers Developments.
The brief for the development was for the building to be more than just another an office tower, and so it integrates social amenity spaces throughout the building to be shared by tenants, a restaurant and bar on the upper levels, an art walk in the public realm and the highest free entry public viewing gallery in London.
The NBS Specifications also respond to the client's requirement to be certified by the International WELL Building Institute which demonstrate that people come first. This will be the first office tower in London to do so.
