High quality welfare facilities are an essential part of the customer experience at premier shopping centres, and Hammerson have initiated a roll-out of premium designed toilets, family rooms, prayer and quiet rooms across their portfolio.
The toilets feature wash troughs with mirror fronted Dolphin Alavo cabinets with infra-red soap, water and air dispensers, vanity counters and waterless urinals.
The Family Rooms provide a safe haven for parents to change their babies, feed them and relax whilst their children enjoy the play and reading area.
Participating Centres include The Oracle, Highcross, Silverburn, Brent Cross, Bullring, Cabot Circus, West Quay, Victoria Gate and Union Square.
