Diverse skills such as cost control, risk management, construction experience, engineering and architectural knowhow are rarely found in a single person or organisation.
What is required is an experienced team leader to manage the input of the specialists consultants and act as the client’s primary instrument for managing the design and build process.
Having successfully delivered British Land’s office development at 10 Portman Square and their office to residential conversion project at 99 Baker Street, they had confidence to appoint us as Employer’s Representative for their new office development at 4 Kingdom Street which achieved practical completion in April 2017.
