Nigel has over 30 years of project management experience in the retail and leisure sectors, working for both shopping centre owners and retailer clients. His skills include feasibility studies, procurement advice, project and process management, cost control and employer’s agent/contract administration in the fast paced world of retail, leisure and commercial development.
His client list includes Hammerson, Redefine International, Intu, Capital & Regional, Argent, Aviva Properties and M&G.
