This project reconfigured the existing traditional food-court layout into individual demises for each tenant, thus reducing Landlord management costs and providing each tenant with stronger brand identity.
A major constraint was to maintain trading for McDonalds and Subway but we achieved this by close coordination between the contractor and the tenants.
HFM provided Architectural and Cost Management services as well as Contract Administration.
