These two striking office buildings for Landsec provide 296,000 sqft and 184,000 sqft of flexible office space, and make a major contribution to the regeneration of Victoria. The specifications for the enhancements to the public realm with extensive hard and soft landscaping were also part of our package of work.
Generously-scaled pedestrian routes and public spaces extend across the site; a north-south thoroughfare with retail pavilions, cafés, restaurants, public art, trees and seating creating a major public space to host special events, and an east-west route accentuated with a water rill and planting leads to a more intimate space enlivened by a water wall.
