The quasi-judicial role of Contract Administrator requires experienced and objective leadership to act impartially and treat both parties to the contract fairly.

Our directors and senior staff have many years experience in administering all types of JCT contracts, and we keep up to date with the latest developments in contract law.

We believe that contract administration belongs alongside the architectural profession. Clients can have confidence in our ability to act on their behalf in delivering projects on time and on budget, with the minimum of variations and avoiding claims wherever possible.
